Terms and Conditions

Baker Legal Team LLC · Effective Date: May 3, 2026 · Last Updated: May 3, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Baker Legal Team LLC ("Baker Legal Team," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting information through any form, calling our intake line, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    2. Attorney Advertising

ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This Site is attorney advertising under the rules of the state bars in which Baker Legal Team and its affiliated counsel are licensed. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely on advertisements. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

    3. No Attorney Client Relationship

Submitting information through this Site does not create an attorney client relationship. No attorney client relationship is formed unless and until:

    1. Baker Legal Team or affiliated counsel agrees to represent you in writing, and
    2. You sign a written retainer or engagement agreement.

Until both conditions are met, you should not assume that we represent you, that any communication is privileged, or that any deadline (including a statute of limitations) is being protected by us.

If your potential claim has a deadline approaching, you should consult independent counsel immediately. Baker Legal Team is not responsible for missed deadlines that occur before a written engagement is in place.

    4. Confidentiality of Submitted Information

While we treat the information you submit as confidential and use it solely for case evaluation purposes as described in our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that:

    • Information submitted through web forms or unencrypted email may not be fully secure during transmission.
    • Until an attorney client relationship is formed, communications between you and Baker Legal Team may not be protected by the attorney client privilege under applicable law.
    • You should not include highly sensitive details (such as Social Security numbers or financial account information) in your initial submission.

    5. Affiliated Counsel and Case Referrals

Baker Legal Team is a Florida law firm. Mass tort and product liability claims often involve plaintiffs and injuries in states where Baker Legal Team is not licensed to practice law. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Your potential claim may be referred to or jointly handled with affiliated counsel licensed in the appropriate jurisdiction.
    • Baker Legal Team may share your information with affiliated counsel for evaluation and representation purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • If you are represented, the specific attorneys and firms representing you will be identified in your written retainer agreement.
    • Fees and costs in jointly handled matters may be divided among Baker Legal Team and affiliated counsel in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct, with no increase to the total fee charged to you.

    6. No Legal Advice

Content on the Site, including information about the Cartiva Synthetic Cartilage Implant, the multidistrict litigation, recall information, and case status updates, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Laws vary by state, and the facts of every case are different. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation.

We make no representation or warranty that information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate. Litigation status, deadlines, and legal standards change frequently.

    7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Any references to past results, settlements, verdicts, or representations of clients are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the outcome of any other case. Each case is unique and depends on its own facts, applicable law, and jurisdiction. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Baker Legal Team makes no representation that you will qualify for a claim, that any claim will result in compensation, or that any specific amount of compensation will be recovered.

    8. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are submitting information on behalf of a minor, deceased family member, or person who lacks capacity, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.

For complete details on how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.
